| Annotation | The necessity to research law as a social and legal phenomenon is roved in the article using the newest methodological approaches. Social essence of the law is revealed as a product of vital functions of society, which is formed and carried out in public relations, and is realized through a desire and a consciousness of their participants. Emphasis is laid on the general essence of the law, that, at the same time, does not deny the necessity to acquire such important signs like a formal definiteness, obligation, guarantee of a compulsion. |
