| Annotation | Problems of systematic ordering of social relations in the field of information in terms of the development of informative society and Ukraine’s entry into the global information space are considered in the article. Attention is focused on three fundamental magnitudes, namely information, energy and matter, which form the basis of modern science and the universe, and the need for a radical revision of the role and approaches to the definition of information. The philosophical and legal problems of the formation and development of the informative society, the systemic problems of the development of information law, information legislation and information security are covered in the article. The problems of integrated development of legal science and education in the field of information as well as research priorities in the field of Information Law are determined. |
