| Annotation | The article analyses the basic methodological approaches in the Ukrainian legal science to the interpretation of «the rule of law» phenomenon. According to the so-called «split component approach» it can be understood via a separate interpretation of law and rule phenomena. According to the «integrative» approach this phenomenon is interpreted by pointing on those «important elements» («principles», «ingredients», «aspects») of which it consists. The dialectical relation between these research approaches is proved. |
