| Abstract | The study of individual doctrinal and applied aspects of the issues of the state system in Ukraine is presented based on a systematic approach. Emphasized is a strategic importance of further implementation of unitary form of government in Ukraine. Further constitutionalization and municipalization of the government is justified as one of the factors of national security of Ukraine. Analyzed are the conceptual and legal foundations of national unitary system and its components – administrative divisions and municipal and territorial structure, including its substantive and procedural legal basis. |
