From the standpoint of the concept of sustainable development analysis articles 11, 16 and 50 of the Constitution of Ukraine, recognizing the right of ownership of natural resources and the right to a safe environment. The necessity of amendments and addenda to these articles and the inclusion in the text of the Constitution article that declares Ukraine’s adherence to the principles of sustainable development.
