In the article is carried out the analysis of category «lawful regime». Are determined the gnosiological levels of a study of lawful regime, its connection with the political, public- lawful and states regimes. Special attention is given to the value of lawful regime for the lawful regulation and its influence on the formation of the system of law. The scientific determination of lawful regime is given and the bases of the classification of lawful regimes are isolated.
