The role of decisions of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine in the process of legal regulation of budgetary relations is solved in the article, as well as several Decisions of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine are critically analyzed. It is marked, that such Decisions contain important provisions, standards, needed for effective functioning of the state budgetary system. At the same time, some of them are controversial, which points at some problems in the recognition of such acts as sources of budget law.
