This article examines the prospects of establishing the institute of individual constitutional complaint in national legislation. Particular attention is paid to the study of experience in the functioning of this legal institution in Europe and the CIS, as well as the possibility of its application in order to enhance the protection of rights and freedoms of man and citizen by the Constitutional Court of Ukraine.
