The article examines the nature and major groups of public legal relations in the banking sector of Ukraine, as well as criteria for their distinction from private legal and administrative legal relations in this sector. Much attention is paid to the problem of role and significance of bank public legal relations in the legal system of Ukraine and conceptual approaches to its resolving.
