Conflictological examination of constitutional legislation is one of the methodological tools of research of constitutionally-legal norms’ quality and practice of their realization from point of constitutional conflictology. The institute of conflictological examination is a difficult and multidimensional category which has not found single interpretation in legal or conflictological literature. The complex of measures on detection of conflictogenic norms is included into contence of conflictological examination of constitutional legislation acts, i.e. norms, capable to determine such relations between constitutional legal subjects which increase the probability of their entry in confrontational relations.
