| Annotation | Abuse of the right — a contradictory scientific concept, practically no analyze on the subject of the electoral law, but a widespread in practice. Abuse of rights provides behavior that is not formally contradict the law, but it leads to socio-negative result. The article reveals the characteristics, subjective and objective determinants of the abuse of the electoral right. The author proposes to incorporate into the legislation the principle of non-abuse of right in the electoral process. |
