| Annotation | In the article it is noticed that liquidation of consequences of the Chernobyl Catastrophe — catastrophic crash of planetary scale, as it is specified in the Constitution of Ukraine, is the major duty of the state. One of ways to settle this problem is active application of legal means. Detailed proposals on enhancement of its content and application practice, as well as on systematization of relevant legislation are given upon analyzing the system of legal norms, which are used for regulating relations in the specified area. The proposal on improvement of governmental bodies and public structures’ activity in overcoming consequences of the Chornobyl accident is put forward. Attention is paid to increase the role of legal science in researching of legal problems in this sphere. |
