Annotation | A modern form of elected representation within power exercising sphere is the people’s representation, which is theoretically based on the idea of people's sovereignty. Bodies of the people’s representation are meant to be identified as a parliament, a constituent assembly, formed as a result of general and direct elections as well as a president similarly elected. Thus it follows to distinguish concepts of «a people’s representation body» and «a representative body itself». |
