| Annotation | The article deals with theoretical aspects of relationship legislative and executive powers, and the president and the executive. The basic value of the current trends. We study the transformation of the place and role of government in the modern system of government. Substantiated that the issue of the participation of the Government of Ukraine in the electoral process should be considered from the standpoint of avoiding «conflict of interest» member of the Government as a member of the electoral process or entity, endowed with certain resources in the form of power that can influence the outcome of elections. Alleged establish whether the current legislation of the Institute exemption from duties for the duration of the campaign as a special constitutional and legal status of members of the Government of Ukraine. |
