| Annotation | On the basis of research of the contents of the Family Code, as well as views and ideas of Ukrainian and foreign scientists additional arguments on determination of the place of family law in the modern system of law in Ukraine are given in the article. Taking into consideration the large number of public legal norms in the family law, the author substantiates the conclusion in favor of the recognition of family law as of an independent branch of law. |
