| Annotation | The problems of private law in the context of monitoring the application of civil law are examined in the article. The problems of private policy consistency and consistency of preparation and amendment to the Civil Code of Ukraine are investigated. Substantiates the idea of codification of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, scientific discussion of changes in private law codification in order to raise the bones of their application. Acute attention is focused on the need to increase private law principles in the Constitution of Ukraine and the need to consider this in the Constitutional Assembly. Separately, raises the question of modernization and Europeanization of civil law, its compliance with European standards. |
