| Annotation | Article is devoted to research in the areas of corporate law. The author outlines the problem of legislative regulation of corporate relations, classification entities corporate type, gives a generalized description of the concepts of corporate property and assets of corporations. Much attention is paid to qualifications such categories as "corporate transactions". A contentious issue remains the protection of corporate rights, therefore, the author, guided by theoretical knowledge and court practice reveals this concept. Based on the analysis of corporate law, establishes the necessity of a comprehensive study of this institute. |
