| Annotation | The article is based on the analysis of the current legislation and other regulators of contractual relations, litigation and doctrinal definitions of the contract concluded that the essence of the contract consists in the agreement as harmonizing the will of two or more parties in the establishment, modification or termination of civil rights and responsibilities, and the content of the contract is a set of conditions (points), which entered into an agreement of the parties. |
