| Abstract | Based on the analysis of the current legislation and other regulators of contractual relations, litigation and doctrinal definitions of the contract it was concluded that the essence of the contract consists in agreed expressing of the will of two or more parties aimed at the establishment, modification or termination of civil rights and responsibilities, when the content of the contract is a set of conditions (points), which entered into an agreement of the parties. |
