| Abstract | The article scrutinizes the problem of franchising in the copyright law of Ukraine as well as the problem of contracts in this sphere. The features, the form and the essential conditions of the contracts in the sphere of franchising in the copyright law of Ukraine are analyzed. The author investigates the subject, the object and the content of the contracts in the sphere of franchising in the copyright law of Ukraine. The correlation between franchising and license contract in Ukraine is analyzed in the article. The grounds for separation of contracts in the sphere of franchising in the copyright law of Ukraine and license contracts in copyright law of Ukraine were developed by the author. |
