Due to the development of democratic principles and all the recent changes in science and education, there has come a need of establishing a specific institute in Ukraine — the institute of students ombudsman. In this paper special attention is given to those countries, where such an institute exists already for many decades, particularly in the USA and Canada. Their experience is being analyzed, and also such no less important issues as models and functionality, effectiveness and actual validity of the institute of students ombudsman. |
