| Annotation | It is considered the mechanism and problems of judicial appeal the violations of electoral law during the election of the President in Ukraine 2010 in relation to considering of such appeal during the election of the President in Ukraine 2004. It’s analyzed in details the changes in the electoral law, its positive and negative aspects, collisions. Basic disadvantages are found out, which stipulated unequal usage of law by jurisdictional bodies. |
