The essence of the article represents public perception of value of Ukrainian Constitution, which embraces all spheres of public relations and their legal regulation by constitutional principles and provisions, reveals the basic constitutional values which are conditioned by priorities in understanding of human rights and freedoms categories, constitutional system and constitutional regime, functioning of democratic legal state. Constitutional signs of influence are lightened up on all spheres of vital activity, functioning of government institutes and provision of constitutional law and order. |
