| Abstract | The article deals with the problem of such concepts as «governmental service», «public service», «governmental function» determination and separation. The author points out different approaches to governmental services definition, distinctions between governmental services and public services, considers governmental functions. It is argued the necessity of passing the federal law to regulate this area of relations. |
