This article is dedicated to the analysis of the question concerning the determination of the subject of the liability for the results of the parliament’s activity. The work regards the dual-subject kind of such a liability. It emphasizes the necessity of the obligation for both of the subjects — the voter and the deputy himself who is chosen by the voter — to be liable for the results of the Verkhovna Rada’s activity. |
