| Annotation |
The article deals with the problem of defining the scope of human right to euthanasia. Special attention is given to several key positions formed in doctrine on this matter. The author focuses on the nebulosity of euthanasia’s legal definition and shows the opportunities for abuse brewing with this. Mention is also made of similarities of euthanasia and palliative care. The author suggests considering this question in the focus of the problems caused by gaps in the legislation. |
