This article deals with amendments to the Civil Code of Ukraine relating to the Law «On moving amendments to some laws of Ukraine due to passing the Tax Code of Ukraine». Special attention is focused on the issue of correspondence of these amendments to the basic requirements of the rule of law doctrine. The author also points out some possible threats connected with the excessive state influence on the control of civil relationship. |
