| Abstract | The place of the principle of objective truth in Ukrainian criminal justice system in the context of the present and its fixing in advanced projects of criminal procedural codes is attempt to analyze in the article. In this regard the attention is accented on the problems of proving, adversarial process, and also on realization of the mentioned principle in pretrial investigation and trial bodies’ activities when establishing the objective circumstances of the criminal case, and as a result — making a legitimate, reasonable, fair and true solution. |
