| Annotation | The article is devoted to the analysis of the interaction of the public authorities in aspect of the observance of principle of rule of law. The author emphasizes the meaning of such principles as rule of law and the separation of powers. The article gives the definition of the «partization» of the state authorities. It is stressed on the impossibility of the rule-of-law state construction and the realization of the principle of rule of law on condition of formation and functioning of the state authorities under the «party» principle. |
