In her article the author analyses a complex legal concept of Alternative Dispute Resolution as it appears in three dimensions of legal relations: private, «diagonal» and inter-State. This comparison, along with a brief history of the phenomenon, helps to observe the marginal role of ADR as a legal concept in the ambit of international law. |
