This article is devoted to the specificity of the legal regulation of the institute of Compensation for moral damage in the civil law of Ukraine. The author analyses the issues of legal character of moral damage and its features in comparison with property damage. In the article the ground for compensation and the criteria of the ascertainment of damage are examined. Some term inaccuracies in legislation are marked out. |
