| Annotation | The article analyzes the theoretical and practical aspects concerning implementation of the right to peaceful assembly in Ukraine, including an attempt to define such terms as «public order», «national security» and «proportionality», which characterize the volume of right to peaceful assembly, based on European experience. This article also describes violations that occurs in practices of local authorities and administrative courts in Ukraine and analyzes international judicial decisions, particularly decisions of the European Court of Human Rights, which covers problems of law enforcement. |
