| Abstract | Reasons and necessity of the use in the modern legislation of evaluation concepts are investigational, their basic signs are selected. The looks of leading philosophers are analysed to existence and value of evaluation concepts as to the philosophical category. Evaluation concepts as most general principles of activity of the state are exposed in the norms of Constitution of Ukraine, attempts to expose their maintenance are done. |
