| Annotation | The author compares separate institutions of the law of evidence in civil and common law legal systems, reveals inherent similarities and differences and considers basic tendencies in the development of them. The author concludes that some procedural systems are more susceptible to the latest trends in the development of the Institute of proof, others are less susceptible. In this case, domestic legislator hasn’t identified the vector of its development. In consequence of it there are many problems in this sphere. Some of them have been considered in this article. |
