Annotation The author delved into the English law concept of injunction as inherent to the right to privacy. The increasing amount of injunction cases poses a question of its position and weigh alongside other recognized human rights, i.e. right to freedom of expression. In addition, the author analyses anticipated changes in the human rights sphere in Britain and their long standing legal repercussions.
