| Annotation | In this article there is analyzed problem of the legal status of Transdniestrian Moldavian Republic, which hasn’t recognized by any state of the U.N.O, due to the opinion of international law contemplation. The attention is paid to the balance between the principles of equal rights and self-determination of peoples and principle of territorial integrity of states. The possible variants of the solution of this problem are analyzed. |
