Annotation | The article analyzed basic principles of natural law and their reflection in a certain legal act. Based on the studied special literature, determination of such principles is given. Namely, basic principles of social and natural law are the system of the most general and stable ideas, which are concentrated expression of the most important essential traits and values, that inherent to this law, determine his character and directions of development, can be in legal acts or exist outside of them. In addition, the article listed and described the basic principles of natural law and analyzed their presence in international legal acts. |
