| Abstract | The article is devoted to the analysis of the content of the concept of the defamation. The author analyses defamative rules of The Ukrainian Civil Code and the elements of defamative offence. Defamation is analysed in the context of journalistic activity. Specific attention is paid to the correlation of the reputation defence and freedom of expression. |
