| Annotation | In this article changes in the current legislation of Ukraine that took place before the elections in parliament are examined. The separate problem moments of application of electoral legislation are analyzed, in particular changes of subject and phasic composition of electoral process, legislative regulation of innovative facilities of distribution of agitation materials, updating of procedure of voting, and others. The concrete ways of overcoming of the lighted up problems are offered with the purpose to avoid possible abuses during elections and providing of their realization in accordance with democratic standards. |
