| Annotation | This article is devoted to the issues of a deputies’ immunity notion and scope in Ukraine and European Union countries. Deputies’ privileges system and scientific attitudes to «deputies’ privileges» and «deputies’ immunities» notions are researched; the author’s definitions for these notions are proposed; the existing restrictions of the deputies’ immunity in European Union are analyzed. The issue of this law institute existence necessity is raised; on the foreign experience basis the proposals for its amendments on the domestic legislation level are made. |
