| Annotation |
This article deals with the specific features of institute of complicity in the commission of a crime in the criminal law of Ukraine. In this article valid criminal laws of our country, in a relation to such definition as «criminal complicity» is analyzed. The article discovers the contents of main features that characterize the institute of criminal complicity. The author formulates proposals, related to improvement of criminal laws of Ukraine, which regulate issues of complicity in the commission of a crime. |
