| Annotation |
The Article deals with the regulation of concluding legal transactions whose execution causes interest and major transactions by Ukrainian joint stock companies under the Ukrainian law. Sphere of regulating appropriate relations as well as its special features is determined. Furthermore, law enforcement practice and legislation gaps are analysed. The Article is aimed at determination of risks of shareholders, especially minority ones. Particular attention is paid to including of appropriate legal transactions issues in legal due diligence check list, which will assist the protection of investor. In addition, author reviews apprehended legislation amendments. |
