| Annotation | In article the role and value of control and supervision for formation and functioning of administrative legal relationship in Ukraine are considered. The terminological and historical components of control and supervision, correlation questions (the common and special features) of these specific forms of public administration are investigated. The author makes concrete proposals on improvements of regulatory base of control and supervision, system of supervisory authorities, their legal status and authorities. Author’s definitions of the terms «control», «supervision» and ways of systematization of the Ukrainian legislation about control are offered, questions of control process are brought up. |
