| Annotation | The article analyses bureaucratic trends in the system of modern government that allow determining forms and methods for such trends countering, and provide a basis at a constitutional level for the effectiveness of legal means of fighting against the bureaucratisation of the state apparatus. The authors offer theoretical and methodological approaches to studying bureaucracy as a phenomenon that calls for an adequate political and legal response. |
