| Annotation |
Establishment and functioning of the European Union internal market is impossible without proper convergence of legislative, regulatory and administrative provisions of Member States. This article deals with the peculiarities of the harmonization by EU directives. Particular attention is drawn to exceptions to the obligation of States to provide transposition of EU legislation. |
