| Annotation |
The main methodological approaches and directions of law understanding and the implementation of constitutional provisions, which allow to develop an administrative justice in the sphere of private-public rights and interests of citizens, legal persons and also other subjects that is related to regulatory legal acts adoption and to the activity of state bodies in the relation to physical and legal persons are analyzed in the article. It is also paid attention to the administrative process, separate types of the court proceeding that provide the achievement of aims and tasks of judicial public disputes decision. |
