In this article the system of primary reaction against crimes by criminal justice agencies of Ukraine is observed. The mechanism of the criminal prosecution of persons who committed crimes under the new criminal procedure legislation is analyzed. The basic directions of the reforming of criminal justice agencies are proposed. |
