| Annotation |
Article is devoted to research of institute of legal profession of Germany. It is proved that the organization and activity of institute of legal profession of Germany is historically caused by features of development of the state. Features of origin, formation and development of institute of legal profession of Germany are analyzed. It is found out that the institute possesses the certain properties inherent in system of law. Legal status of the lawyer of Germany is investigated. |
