| Annotation |
The article is devoted to the analysis of the Civil Code of Ukraine, containing the rules on protected by law interests. The author analyzed the different approaches to the determination of «protected by law interest» and made the own interpretation of it. The specifics of protected by law interests in absolute (property law, hereditary law, law of intellectual property and law of personal nonproperty rights) and relative legal relations is allocated in the article. The author investigated the forms and methods of civil defense of the protected by law interests in private sphere. The author draws a conclusion on terminological security of protected by law interests in the Civil Code of Ukraine. |
