The article is devoted to the scientific and theoretical exploration of the constitutional bases of interaction between civil society and the system of public authorities, their specificity. Civil society in the development of democratic processes supports the modernization of public administration system and its interaction with it. The rule of law, legality, separation of powers, democracy, systematic, hierarchical, participation of citizens in public authorities and others are the basis of this interaction. Elections and the participation of citizens in public service hold the special place in the interaction between civil society and public authorities. The relationship between citizens and public authorities functions through this mechanism. The local government, its guarantee is one of the fundamental principles of organization and functioning of the government in a democracy took the most important link in the mechanism of interaction between civil society and the public authorities. |
